Step 1: Start by using a roller bottle and add 4 ounces of Fractionated Coconut Oil.
Step 2: Add the following dÅTERRA® essential oils:
-2 drops of Black Pepper
-2 drops of Ginger
-3 drops of Rosemary
-3 drops of Wild Orange
-4 drops of Sandalwood
-4 drops of Ylang Ylang
-4 drops of Bergamot
You can apply to the back of your neck, behind your ears, or even on your wrists – it smells amazing by the way!
